60 Thousand Items for Sale by 4js2 All Fake Listings jimmy.cry@gmail.com
There has been an ongoing, massive hack attack upon by someone using the email address jimmy.cry@gmail.com
NOT just "simple phishing" This is some MAJOR BLACK HAT WHOOP-A$$ being unleashed. By jimmy.cry@gmail.com This same address has been observed in THOUSANDS & THOUSANDS of HACKED ebay listings! and widely reported.
You will note the only thing that shows in the google search for jimmy.cry@gmail.com now is a few ebay listings from all around the world. If you click them (I mean until ebay makes them disappear completely), you will get the invalid page for instance here. But if you click the cache, you get something like this.
Or this. Or this. Or even this. Do you see a pattern? A massive, worldwide problem? Lets see, how many times has this hacker reamed ebay's rectum at this point? Why... I wonder if that may be the same person who gave me such a laugh not too long ago?
Ebay loves to try and sweep all this under the rug, and I love exposing that fact.
Here is another little fact. This was posted over at the US Trust & Safety forum. (misnomer) in a thread entitled "55, 384 and counting". Note some of the comments there. For some odd reason that thread got pulled. Good thing I saved the entire page as a png document. You will notice that 60,258 listings were reported. They sure pulled that thread a lot faster than they pulled those listings.
There were other threads about it too, but I did not get them all. One that I did preserve as png is over ay ebay.uk, entitled "Mega Hack in Progress??" surprisingly still active (at time of this posting. When ebay deletes, I will post the thread. Edited to add: Here is a screencapture of that thread, page 4 (480 pixels wide) where the amounts of listings reported are the same as observed in the video
