Mega Hack in Progress Again! (Still) By jimmy.cry@gmail.com

  My my my...
What can we say? Last night witnessed yet another massive (& hilarious) hack attack upon ebay. By the uber-hacker of the day, jimmy.cry@gmail.com.
If you did not see it yet, this is the same hacker who listed OVER 60 THOUSAND FAKE LISTINGS on ebay!  I documented some of that on video here.

And of course, there is a blog entry as well, where the sluggish ebay response , and the attempted cover-up is documented in screencaps Be sure to see that.
60 Thousand Items for Sale by 4js2 All Fake Listings jimmy.cry@gmail.com

I was luckily able to document some of it on video recording and upload it to youtube.
This video seems to be the most popular of the 3 from last night's attack.

The email address appearing was jimmy.cry@gmail.com

Here is some of what google had  to say about that term. It also looks like either google is running slow, or whoever it was who was documenting all the hackers & hijackers addresses has stopped. If you have not familiar with that address, read here.

Here I have a screencap of one item. Note the time remaining.

One victim was cmptgal1 who, apparently now has changed ID, to dmcn1953

I find that maybe a tad strange, because last night cmptgal1 showed NARU.
For whatever reason, when I clicked the user name it took me to Canada. Here is what google said about cmptgal1

That must be some of the fastest ebay customer service ever. See there, they can move fast when  the motivation is there. Nothing motivates them more than concealing fraud. I kind of expected it to become another margomix episode.

I suppose that is a good way to try and sweep things under the rug. (as we have seen so very many examples now, for instance that little digg article about the iphone scam auctions, and the hackers using Paypal to collect from the victims, which nearly "evaporated"--  Check it out.)

Anyway, there had to have been more than one victim somewhere in the 11,357 listings which I captured.
I was able to find this one reported as hijacked on the ebay.de sicherheit panel.

Which brings me to the next point, note she? is reported, but on down the page we see the reports of the phake sign in pages for the Acer Laptops. Looks sloppy, IMO. Ebay is just eaten alive with all sorts of troubles. Redirects, fake sign ins, hijacked accounts... Good thing when I read around here and there I see that IT is not hacked! Bwhahahaha!!!

Anyways, earlier this evening, there were tractors and laptops, which got pulled fairly quick, but it is just so funny to see all that occurring CONSTANTLY. (along with the all the low-down dishonest weaseling.)

Oops, almost forgot. I see jimmy.cry  still has listings up, some already ended as the screencap indicates. that was earlier this evening but see for yourselfThis is fresh, as I post this. Even though when yoiu click them they are invalid, the fact they are still even visible says something. Maybe ebay just likes the numbers, maybe they cannot remove them, who knows?

Any other place which had the level and the nature of trouble would shut down and correct the problems, out of concern for it's users. Think about it, and avoid ebay the way you would avoid a carnival ride run by cheap, sleazy "stereotypical" workers.
