walter.rack90 ~ Did he really have to go so soon?

(Edited to fix broken image links on 09-20-2007  +/- 18:15 PTD)

I see that ebay was invaded again last night by what looks like another zero rated member who registered that same day, to list thousands and THOUSANDS of items. (Maybe "penetrated" is a better term.)

This time going by the username walter.rack90
Hilarious.
Reminds me of something you might see on Beavis & Butthead. Come to think of it, so does jimmy.cry90 and jimmy.cry@gmail.com
Moving on, I wanted to find out what the rule s were for zero feedback sellers, or for those who had only been registered on ebay for a very short period of time. The only thing directly relevant I was able to find after searching for quite some time (and getting this alot) were requirements for selling fixed price and/or BIN items. Same as it ever was, to the best of my recollection.

So I guess it is OK then to sign up and list 26,220 items in one day. In fact, let's have a look at the time frame involved.

Here is the very 1st item listed, when the listing count was one item . Note the time on that screen capture of 1 item list at 17:35).

It was around 20:45 PDT that I looked again, to find no less than 14,490, to 14,509 listings, as I began recording the event.

As you can see in the video, I left my tabs open and returned again about 22:10 or so, where, in the video's 2nd phase we see 24,372 listings. Further, note the time in the 26,220 item screencapture. (22:59 PTD) WoW!!!

I doubt walter.rack90 is reading along, but I would ask him (sarcastically laughing) whether he had enough time to read the ol' seller's checklist? I guess he must have done all that long before he signed up, since he used TurboLister and Selling Manager Pro to list with.

No complicated, time consuming required reading, no trifling verification process, or any boring, silly nonsense needed, no? All those help pages are merely there as optional reading. No sense in really bothering anyone with all that, when the important thing is to get them signed up and selling! QUICK! ~

CHOP! CHOP!

I cannot understand really why he is NARU now. Maybe he did not hack ebay... Maybe they just let him in? Maybe they just let anyone in and let the dice fall where they may. (on the users)

Is that what pioneering communities  bilked  on blah blah, sustained by yhadda yhadda... is?

I mean, it is OK to sign up and start selling on ebay the very same day, yes? And also to use the advanced features?

They may have been a bit harsh on him, eh? I hear they have been trying to clean out the bottom 2% feedback of sellers or something, and lots of sellers have been biting the dust and kicked in the teeth, over things like a recent nuetral or neg in many years.

Dag-Nabbit! I mean look... walter.rack90 did not have ONE single complaint! Now, compare that to... uh... err... um... maybe sellers in the "top five", or even the top 4 sellers at ebay who have hundreds, or thousands even, each and every month. See what I mean?

Oh, wait, maybe it was that email address seen in the listings:

Sells.store@gmail.com

Now how in tarnation did that get in there, do ya suppose? You would think they may have their eye out for that'n, eh?

Except I do not see that one reported anywhere other than my videos and blog as being a known hihjacker's address, (yet) I guess that is OK, I blaze my own trails.

But where are all those items, from all those sellers, whose listings had that address then? There are right now, 3 full pages of google search results for Sells.Store@gmail.com yet not one valid listing among them. But there is evidence of more hijackings. (note the vlink colored result)

Still, walter.rack90 was well on his way to becoming a huge success, practically overnight! Look at what all he had to offer...

Looky there, 517 Yaesu radios, all with the same serial number, 0G060149 too I bet! Actually, that was only one model. If we look another way, there were really something more in the neighborhood of   962 total item count for Yaesu radios

And here, 2585 FAKE Sony Products of all sorts.

There were a lot of fine, eh, FAKE Toshiba items listed too, 2974 of them at least.

Let's not forget all those Yamaha ClavinovasALL 519 of them. I sure hope he does not sell his last one, else what will he practice on?

Oh, and  LOOK  at ALL of those expensive Trek Wheeler, Quintana Roo & and KHS Alite Bicycles.
I count over 800 total. Obviously walter.rack90 is concerned about physical fitness, and yours as well.

I guess volume must be the secret to walter.rack90's success.

Those listings look pretty spiffy too. I think that is the patriotic listing designer template. What a great American, to spend all that extra money on listing upgrades just to show us all how he feels, eh? You are not the only one walter.rack90. I am  changing the title of the video I made documenting the event to  "ebay - chop victoriously"  or something like that.

That boy had POTENTIAL!

Why, he may have been the next home-town kid done good!
