Again we see more hacking related comedy!

It appears that Vladuz has returned to send a message to an ebay member and has changed their feedback page and member status

Although we do not see a post by Vladuz, we see a clear indication that he was there.

Vladuz must have taken up quarters inside the database. What other explanation is there?

EDIT / UPDATE 10-05-2007 + /- 17:17 PTD
(already) No sooner did I finish making this little post, than I go back to recheck and find that the affected member's status has now returned back to active. (same thread reference link as above applies) That must be the very fastest customer service ebay has ever rendered!

Is there still anyone out there who does NOT believe Vladuz OWNS ebay?

Now here is the thread cropped for easy reading. Click here for a more complete, resized view

Looks like comedy at IT's finest!

Not much left to say here, except I would hope that the member whose account was altered is now full aware that ebay is simply not being truthful, thereby putting the entire community at risk.

I did spot one very wise person over there who seems to realize the likely nature, scope, & depth of the problems.

After all the gold stars given away by that person, he should finally get one now himself.

I can't wait to see what spin Ebay puts on this. Of course, my guess is that they will completely ignore it. After all, how many people wil believe that Trust and Safety message board regulars would be foolish enough to become phishing victims? Phishing, which is Ebay's favorite BS answer to every hack, can't explain this one away so Ebay will have to ignore.:(

I want to thank you both for reading & commenting here. Obviously something is amiss.

I feel it is safe to say that "BatBoy Lives"

The situation is so ridiculous it defies a serious response.

I have no doubt some far off PR firm is brainstorming at this very moment.

Hopefully, those members affected will lead the charge to demanding some righteous responsible disclosure, sans BS.

For anyone just tuning in, the story is still developing, and there seems to be even more victims now.
