This might well be titled "revenge" instead of "return", for following up on a comment posted here late yesterday,  I see that the account manipulations went beyond only one member. a total of,  I believe, 4 persons were subject being NARUd by now Hacker/ebay customer service rep Vladuz. At least 2 reported receiving an email from Vladuz himself to their registered account email addresses.

No sense in repeating the details, read it yourself.  As of a short while ago,  the thread was still visible on the ebay forums.

Here they are up to a point as 480 wide png files. Truth be told, I have a hard time believing they have not yet pulled that discussion.
 page1   page2   page3, and there is also still discussion of it starting around here.( as referenced yersterday)

It should be readily apparent to the most casual of observers that there is something verrrry wrong with security at ebay. Vladuz sure seems to have free run of the entire site. Here is the screencap dejour!

A quick google of one of the ebayer's IDs led me to (among lots of curious results), this, which again shows us these sorts of troubles have never gone away. Only have they been swept under the rug.
Now isn't it such a shame that the issue was not addressed properly then?

I have a sneaky hunch that none of what we see today would be happening right now had IT been.

I did do a quick blog search and found this article which seems to be objective and independent. Please have a look at that.

I still have not seen any response noted anywhere with regards to anything resembling a comment from ebay, as of the time I post this.

However, I am seeing reported that both ebay livehelp and Paypal are not in service.

What, oh what could possibly be the matter I wonder? A "glitch" perhaps?

The date is Saturday, October 6th, 2007, going on 1348 at ebay.
